Major Disappointment

Had the plumber come to install faucet in 1/2 bath. Installation went just fine but faucet will not shut off. Brand new and I have to buy a replacement part for it already. Also in description on web-site, says includes pop up drain and it does not. Had to buy a replacement part for that too.
