i bought two chronomite electric water heater for a job in palo alto the water heater did not work they were defected they send me a total of 4 more water heater all defected they send the sales rep and did not fix the problem. i took on my self to find the problem and i did find the problem with the contact started i contacted chronomite with the problem they replace the defected part and is been working good.Chonomithe promise to payme for all the time it took to replace the water heater 4 times and the cost of the electrician. its been over a year and i have yet to see a dime...
