Pilot light wont stay lit. Each week it
creeks twice as loudly as the old one removed. pilot goes out ever week. its strange that it would do that when new. I've had it for 5 years now. We got it from the PGE efficiency home overhaul deal. regret this heater and model.

Cozy W505F Dual Wall Furnace problems
I purchased a Cozy wall furnace almost five years ago and I've been having nothing but problems!!! The pilot light won't stay lit! I've had MANY service calls from the Gas Company and from Sears as well. Right now I am waiting for Sears Repair to come in the morning to see what's going on again; not to mention it's cold right now!!!
