OK but not great

Replacement part. Works OK sometime but has to be replaced every couple years or it will quit working.

Easy install.

Easy install if you know basic plumbing. Need a basin wrench and adjustable.

Great product

I installed two of these along with the Grundfos pump because of the size of the house vs the location of the water heater. Took about 20 minutes each to install. I now have hot water in 3 sec. instead of 30 sec.

A great product, performs as advirtised.
