This was a replacement for a broken plastic support stem that could not be purchased separately. The finish was what I ordered and everything works just like the original Faucet Depot kept me informed about my order's progress and it actually arrived a day sooner that promised. If the occasion arose again in the future I would definitely check out Faucet Depot.
