Fast, easy transaction and at the lowest price I could fine for this faucet. Simple, clean design; sweep spray has excellent strength. Faucet professionally installed for use in our laundry sink; working out well so far. Unit we got may have been an open box/return, as it was covered with fingerprints when we got it; but all parts/instructions included like new.
I had a similar Delta high-rise faucet, but without pull-down. The tubes and connectors on that unit beneath failed and leaked on more than one occasion. I replaced it with this Kohler unit and have been very pleased. The under-counter plumbing is solid and leak free. The engineering is much better. Plus, the design/appearance by Kohler is extraordinary!
This faucet does it all! Great buy for the money.
I give my infant and toddler grandaughters baths in the laundry tub. I chose this faucet because the lever doesn't reach into the tub area. The pull down sprayer is easy to use,retract, and swing away. There is no danger of the children hitting their heads on a lever that extends into the tub area.
