The replacement parts are designed better than OEM. Item was quickly shipped. I would buy from this company again.
I went to the Internet to look up installation instructions for these parts. You can go to Moen.com or do a search for Moen faucet repair. The faucet type is Monticello. These plastic parts tend to break off after years of use. It's not really hard to repair, but it helps to have a diagram of how the faucet goes together. The parts worked fine. I replaced both the hot and cold even though only one was broken.
