This cartridge is purposely made to fit only certain faucets, so there isn't a lot to say about it. It's a factory replacement unit that comes with a useless plastic removal tool; you really need to buy the expensive stainless steel tool for removing these cartridges. The unit is easy to install, and even simpler to fix if you install it backwards, which is explained in the instructions. The seals are pre-lubricated for ease of installation. Once you get the old one out, the installation is a snap. Depending upon your water quality and if there are mineral deposits in your old cartridge, will determine how long it takes to get your old one out. Get the good tool! Mine took a good 5 minutes to remove working carefully. Works great, no leaks!

Fit was great. No problem with installation. Should include a note to remove excess lubricant so faucet will not turn itself off. Had to go to internet for information and solution for this problem.

I bought this product locally at a plumbing / electrical supply in town. Price was $13.58 and some tax. Online, this website had the best price but with $7.99 shipping the total came to over $25.00. Way too expensive. Most parts I buy online ( i.e. Mower, Appliance, etc) are considerably less expensive than I can buy anywhere else. What's up with parts for facets.
It was the easiest home repair I've ever done and it stopped the leaking shower head.
The product works but will not hold shower handle in steady position. i.e. rotates to easily.
