Product came with a different hose ,the original was metal . You have to push it back in and it will not go flush . Has a gap. Installed by professional Plummer.Very disappointed with Moen.
Works great, new added swivel feature is nice. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it shouldn't have broken in the first place!
Personal kitchen use. Loved the original unit. Changes in the hose, to a cheap woven plastic one really upsets me. If it needs repair again, I may change brands. I liked the smooth working of the chrome wand hose, but now I must force it back into the faucet.For being Moen- I am very disappointed.
