I only needed the pump part....so I have extra stuff. I replaced my old pump because it NEVER worked correctly. When I pressed down it would not come up for at least 5 minutes (no exaggeration). I tried putting soap in where the o-ring is to lubricate it. I tried putting water in where the o-ring is to lubricate it. I tried thinning the soap solution in the bottle to make it easier to pump. I even replaced the o-ring with one designed for chemical resistance. Nothing worked. I hesitated buying a new pump because I figured they would all be made the same way and therefore have the same problem. But, finally I broke down and bought a new pump. Wow! The manufacturer must have re-worked the pump parts slightly, because this new one works! So happy. Faucet Depot had the best price, product description, and fast delivery too.

The bottle neck on my previous dispenser cracked and I searched for pieces to repair but couldn't find individual pieces for soap dispensers. I wasn't sure what model mine was but seemed like it would fit. So instead of buying a whole new dispensing system I was able to salvage with this kit. Quick delivery.
This replacement functions correctly but the original broke. The small pump malfunctioned, and I had to buy the entire kit to replace it. 2 problems: the little pump should be more reliable; the replacement pump should be sold individually.
