Easy installation. Works great.
We absolutely Love this faucet!! We have one and mom loved it so much we purchased and sent one to her after her visit. Moen has outstanding customer service - its all we have used for 25 yrs in every home we have built. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 (nothing to do w Moen) is the stress caused by having to try to find a plumber who could come so quickly to put it in and make sure it worked in the return policy w faucet depot. While site says 30 day return when it arrived inside the packaging it said 3 days. This caused a scramble to find someone quick enough. Unless this was a mistake, to expect a faucet to be put in to see if its working with in 3 days is highly unreasonable. Especially if you are not told that up front. Also when installing follow directions from Moen - even the plumber missed the order of reset and thought it wasnt working. Install was very easy though.

Very expensive but really worth it. Once you have this faucet, you can't live without it. Best thing is you can hold a pot under it and it will start and stop by itself, like having a third arm. Worst thing about it is if you put a glass in the sink and forget about the faucet, you get a wet arm. LOL.
The hardest part of the "installation" was removing the old faucet! Actual install was very easy.
Pay the extra to get the motion sensor. Keeps faucet area clean and saves water and is very convenient.
Love this faucet. We've had a touchless before but this one has added features that our other one did not. There are two eyes one on the top of the faucet and one on the front. Each eye has a slightly different setting for how long the water stays on. One turns off the water automatically when you pull your hands away. The top eye allows the water to stay on until you wave your hand above the faucet to turn it off. Highly recommended this product!

Product works exactly as described. I would have not relied on batteries. Took plumber less than 15 minutes total time. The only complicated issue was to find the piping for the drains. Plumber had a fixed pipe and installed easily. If I had only known I would have saved myself a lots of money. Great product.
Excellent design. Height enables tall objects(i.e. coffee pots and other high profile pots,pans,and dishes) to be rinsed/filled with ease and convenience. Flow rate provides adequate stream/water pressure for most tasks w/o splashing. Motion sensor turn on/turn off capability is a very handy touch and definitely helps to keep the unit clean and free of food and finger prints.

Installation instructions are very clear. Note that additional space is required under the sink in order to install the electronics for the e-model.

Easy to install. Looks great. Love the sensor to turn the water on. Nothing to touch when's hands are dirty. Had about 2 months now, and no complaints.
This product is great for kitchen use. Slick and easy to use.Suggest a plumber for installation.
One problem the 1 hole gasket did not fit the notches in the bottom of the faucet(to large). Needs more research by Moen.
This is an incredible faucet! It was easy to install, though I do have experience installing appliances. Just follow the clearly written instructions. It takes some getting used to in regards to where to put your hands to turn it on, but then there is no problem. I would definitely recommend purchasing the optional AC adapter as the 6 included AA batteries were dead in less than two weeks of installation. Great look, great finish. Very glad we have it.
