Ask Pfister to replace the showerhose...

Got this setup in 2011 (not from FD), and wrestled with the hose attached to the hand shower for years until I finally blew up and began reading other reviews complaining about the same thing. I emailed Pfister, telling them I was really over the plastic hose and they sent me a shiny, new metal one that slips in and out like a dream. Actually, they never questioned it, and sent it right away, which impressed me.
