You can't put this faucet together as shipped. The casting is thicker than the older models but the supplied screws are even shorter than the older design. Solution? Save the older screws.
There were no problems with the installation, BUT, the washers failed on one side. I tried to order new washers, but the part numbers for the washers I need are not available in a package. I made washers out of gasket material I have for engine work. Sloppy, but it works. Also, the screws for the handels just barely reach the rear of the faucet. Need longer screws!
